Tasting Notes

COLOUR: Caramel Mahogany

NOSE: Rich and intricate, with aromas of cocoa powder and citrus bursting forth, followed by the sweet scents of matured dried fruits, pastries, and toffee. Full-bodied and smooth in texture, intertwining layers of nutty flavours, a hint of vanilla fruitcake and fragrant cardamom emerging, leading to a pure and elegant finish.

PALATE: The taste evokes the flavour of an orange pound cake with rich dried fruits enveloping the palate. Raisins meld with vanilla and toasted biscuit aroma, while caramel toffee accents are dotted with crushed walnut pieces, a rich, multi-layered finish that lingers on the palate.
